Housekeeping
Each Flat is equipped with a washer, dryer and supplies to self-serve laundry. Housekeeping is available upon request at booking.
Wheelchair Accessible
Our Lower Flat is wheelchair accessible. However, both bathrooms are equipped with tub-shower combination fixtures.
Wi-fi
Fiber optic broadband internet that is gig-capable is provided in both Flats. Our high-speed internet makes The Flats ideal for several streaming devices at once.
Patio and Grill
Enjoy Midwest weather from our shared patio for outdoor dining, relaxing or smoking. It is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill for our guests use. Bon appetit!
Heating & A/C
The Flats are newly equipped with heating and air-conditioning to keep our guests at their ideal temperature year-round.
Linens
Towels and linens are provided. There are additional clean linens or laundry available for our guests' convenience.
Coffee Bar
The Lower Flat is equipped with a full, stocked coffee bar. Fret not friends above, you are in walking distance to several exceptional cups of coffee on Sheridan Avenue!
Stocked Kitchen
While the food nearby is outstanding, you have everything you need to prepare meals in The Flats. Flatware and cookware are provided. Several condiments available. Groceries not provided.
Convenient Location
You are within blocks of shopping, convenience stores, food and entertainment. Not to mention, our downtown is beautiful year-round!
